Tim grew up in Darwin and has practised law in Darwin since 1988.

Tim practised law for 10 years from 1988 with the then Attorney General’s Department, ending up as Director of the Commercial Law division of the Solicitor for the Northern Territory.

Tim joined Ward Keller in 1999, becoming a Partner in 2001, and Managing Partner from 2007 until 2010. Tim enjoyed 3 years as consultant to Ward Keller prior to establishing the JKW firm with Alan Krajsek and Danny Wauchope.

Tim conducts a general commercial practice predominantly for local business clients.
