Jacobs Krajsek Wauchope was established in December 2013 by Tim Jacobs, Alan Krajsek and Danny Wauchope, three long term Territorians with a strong connection with and commitment to the Northern Territory.
Tim, Alan and Danny all practice exclusively in commercial law and have a wealth of experience providing advice and representation to private clients including individuals and companies, and public sector clients including several Northern Territory Government agencies and statutory corporations across a wide range of commercial issues.
It follows that Jacobs Krajsek Wauchope focusses on providing legal services to a wide range of clients on an equally wide range of commercial issues including:
General property including commercial leasing, commercial conveyancing and land developments including strata titling;
- general contract;
- government tendering, outsourcing and probity;
- intellectual property and information technology;
- infrastructure and major projects;
- joint ventures;
- business sales and purchases;
- trusts, wills and estates.
Jacobs Krajsek Wauchope is confident in the quality and value of the services it provides, and as such is not afraid to refer clients to alternative service providers where they can provide a service that Jacobs Krajsek Wauchope does not offer. The firm has strong relationships with other local and national legal firms, giving clients access to additional experience and specialist expertise as required.
Jacobs Krajsek Wauchope aims to provide a premium service at competitive cost by operating efficiently in and focussing on the area of law in which it holds expertise, and by engaging productively and cooperatively with other Northern Territory businesses (including local law firms) to deliver a full service to our clients.
